Robert George Bourchier (Bob) was born in Narromine on November 4, 1945.
Bob lost his father when he was in his early teens and it became necessary for him to support his mother and siblings, so he left school at 16 years of age. So began Bob's career in printing as a compositor at the Narromine News.
